Effective June 2, 2026. These website terms govern your use of Dynamic Digital ND public pages, client portal, and communications. A signed service agreement or accepted quote controls the scope and pricing of purchased services.
1. Website and portal use
You may use this website and any authorized client portal for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for information submitted through your account.
2. Quotes, services, and payments
Public website content is informational. A signed agreement, accepted proposal, or checkout description controls your purchased scope, delivery schedule, revision limits, hosting terms, add-ons, and fees. Payments are processed by Stripe. Recurring services continue until canceled according to the applicable agreement.
3. AI assistant limitations
AI assistants can provide automated responses, route inquiries, and capture leads. AI-generated responses may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be treated as legal, medical, emergency, financial, or other professional advice. Do not submit sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request. For emergencies, contact the appropriate emergency service directly.
4. SMS terms
If you opt in, Dynamic Digital ND may send conversational and informational text messages such as quote follow-ups, project updates, appointment reminders, and support messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. 5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, portal, or AI assistants; interfere with availability; attempt unauthorized access; upload malicious content; use the services for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity; or violate another person's rights.
6. Intellectual property
Dynamic Digital ND retains rights in its website, branding, software, and pre-existing materials. Ownership and license terms for client deliverables are governed by the applicable service agreement.
7. Availability and third-party services
Services may depend on third-party platforms and may occasionally be unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted operation unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
8. Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, public website content and unpaid tools are provided as available without warranties. Dynamic Digital ND is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the public website or unpaid tools. Any additional limits for purchased services are stated in the applicable agreement.
