Nayak.ai came to me on Webflow, boxed in by a builder that decided how far their design could go. I rebuilt the whole thing from scratch — hand-coded, no template underneath it — so the site finally bends to them instead of the other way around.

Webflow was making the decisions.
Their old site was built in Webflow, and it worked right up until they wanted it to do something specific. Layouts had to be talked into existing. Small changes meant working around the builder rather than through it. The design could only go as far as the tool allowed.
For a company selling real-time judgment guidance to B2B sales teams, that ceiling was the problem. They needed a site they could actually direct — not one they had to negotiate with every time the product moved forward.
So I rebuilt it from nothing.
Not a migration, and not a Webflow site dressed up to look custom. A ground-up rebuild in Next.js, written by hand, with the structure planned around how Nayak actually explains their product — the live guidance, the signal reading, the meeting integrations.
Because it is real code, the ceiling is gone. Any section can be reshaped, any interaction added, any page restructured. Nothing is waiting on what a page builder is willing to support.
